Saturday To-Do: LR Backyard Poultry Club Inaugural Meeting

What? You guys are getting together to talk about us?

What? You guys are getting together to talk about us?

The Little Rock Backyard Poultry Club will have its first meeting, this Saturday at 10 a.m. at  Burns Park’s Pavilion 11 in North Little Rock. The Club will discuss poultry issues and plan for future meetings. You are welcome to bring chickens to sell/trade/etc. Chickens must be tested, and the Club will have testers there.

This meeting is your chance to voice your opinion and ideas about what you would like to learn or what you have to offer other poultry enthusiasts. It’s also a great place to meet others that have the same interest.

For more information, visit the Little Rock Backyard Poultry Club website at http://www.meetup.com/LittleRockBackyardPoultry/.

  1. Curious to know… tested for what by whom?

  2. That’s a good question. I’ll ask Amanda and get back with you.

  3. I’m currently out of town – but please keep me posted about the next meeting. I really want to have backyard chicks!

  4. Hi, Julie! Thanks for reading! Join the Club through Meetup site, and Amanda will email you all the updates.

If you want to start a flock, you’re welcome to come by and look at our set up. They love visitors!

    Again, thanks for reading!
