Menu for the Future

All about food systems and their impacts on culture, society and Earth. The course offers practical suggestions on creating and supporting a more sustainable food system, and explores the effects of modern industrial agriculture on both human and ecological health. It takes a look at sustainable forms of agriculture and how individuals can make choices to support a more sustainable food supply.
Location: Heifer Village in downtown Little Rock
Cost: $40 tuition fee includes moderated discussion and study materials. Registration closes September 6.
