Pulaski County invites you to attend one of two citizen workshops on September 13, 2010, to review preliminary options for land use concepts and regulatory strategies for the Lake Maumelle Watershed Comprehensive Plan.
WHAT: Lake Maumelle Comprehensive Land Use Plan Citizen Workshops
WHEN: Monday, September 13
- Arkansas Studies Institute (401 President Clinton Avenue) in downtown Little Rock – 1:30-3:30 p.m.
- Winfield United Methodist Church (20100 Cantrell Road) in Little Rock – 7-9 p.m.
For the past several months, the County’s consultant team has been working on developing these initial concepts, which will become the foundation for the Plan.
At both of the September 13th meetings, the concepts will be presented, followed by a discussion session where you will have the opportunity to give your ideas and opinions, ask questions, and hear about the next steps. To make it more convenient for those wanting to attend, the workshops will be held at two different times and locations.
Following the workshops, the consultant team and County staff will be available on September 14th during the morning to meet in approximate half‐hour meetings with any individual or group interested in a more in‐depth discussion.
For additional information, to RSVP, or to make an appointment for a post‐workshop stakeholder meeting, please, contact Van McClendon at (501) 340‐8260 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
