Orange Pecans

  • 3 cups pecan halves
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup orange juice concentrate
  • Dash of salt

  1. Cook orange juice, sugar, and salt to soft ball stage.
  2. Add pecans after removing pan from flame.
  3. Stir until cloudy.
  4. Separate each nut and place on waxed paper.
  5. Store them in an airtight container.
