Potato with Ginger and Sesame

  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled & sliced very thinly
  • Ginger the size of a thumb, peeled & sliced very thinly
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. sake
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp. white sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp. oyster sauce
  • ½ tsp. soy sauce
  1. In a skillet heated with sesame oil, cook ginger on low heat until fragrant.
  2. Add potatoes.
  3. Sauté until soft on medium heat; salt and pepper.
  4. Add sake and sesame seeds.
  5. Add oyster sauce and soy sauce; serve immediately.
  6. Makes 4 servings.
