Sautéed Squid with Garlic & Parsley

  • 2 squids, cleaned and sliced about 1/2 –inch lengthwise
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

  1. In a pan over medium high heat, heat olive oil and sliced garlic.
  2. Stir in squid and cook about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in chopped parsley; salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Makes 4 servings.
