- 2 squids, cleaned and sliced about 1/2 –inch lengthwise
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- In a pan over medium high heat, heat olive oil and sliced garlic.
- Stir in squid and cook about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in chopped parsley; salt and pepper to taste.
- Makes 4 servings.
