Tomato, Mozzarella & Basil Salad

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. chopped oregano
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil 
  • Dash balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh basil, coarsely chopped 

  1. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
  2. Makes 4 servings.

Delicious and easy to make! A great accompaniment to pasta dishes.
